Other Matters

Hi all,

Squad - Although we have had over 30 players who have expressed an interest, so far only about 17 will be registered for the start of the season. The final squad looks nearer to maybe 22 players, albeit we already have numerous injuries and non availability for the opening games, therefore most of you signed will need to be involved.

Please bring some money for these games, charging £3 per game for friendlies, that includes Downswood, Maidstone Athletic, Invicta Colts, Potters & Walnut Tree for those who haven't paid yet. Photos (2 passport size) are required before registration forms can be forwarded to the league. Second batch of completed forms are going to league this Wednesday, if you do not provide photos and complete a form before the end of August then you will not be registered to play on the opening game, so far we have only c. 15 sets of photos supplied.

Will also need £15 signing on fees for those who wish to register, competitive games will be £5 per game or pro-rata portion thereof. This has remained consistent for many seasons now.

Reminder bring your own socks, we provide shirts & shorts, although have limited kit (c. 15 sets) for friendlies if 20 players are available, therefore it would be useful if some players have their own shorts.

New home ground is officially Honey Lane, Otham. All home games will now be at this ground. Training will be always on a Monday as usual 19:00 meet, we will discuss if everybody wants to carry on training during the season. My number is on here so please don't hesitate to call if you need me or have any questions.

Good luck with this season lads, i'm hoping for a very good one.
